Properties: Colorless transparent crystal, stable in air, soluble in water (22.6g/100ml), insoluble in ethanol, deliquescence. When heated to 400 ℃, it melts into a transparent liquid, and after cooling, it solidifies into an opaque glassy potassium metaphosphate.
Uses: Food grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate is a high-quality quality improver, a nutritional fortifier, an agent for brewing and food manufacturing, and can be used in various foods, such as buffering agent (PH regulator), chelating agent (complex metal ions), yeast food, fermentation aids, leavening agents, nutritional fortifiers, antioxidant synergists, acidity regulators, etc.
Packing: inner plastic outer woven, net weight 25Kg, 50Kg, 1000Kg per bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place.
